Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

• No refunds will be processed after an order has been dispatched.

Product Unavailability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Failed Orders / Payment Deducted

If the payment amount is deducted but the order is not successfully created due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To request a return or replacement for a damaged product, you must provide a complete, uninterrupted parcel unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.

Requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Color variations due to screen or monitor settings.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Any request made without the required unboxing video.
